Robert Ramsey
Robert Ramsey is an attorney specializing in attorney ethics cases, with a long history of representing attorneys and members of the judiciary. Mr. Ramsey is also a widely recognized expert in municipal court law, and he frequently represents clients in criminal matters and traffic matters (such as DWI, driving on the revoked list, traffic accidents/tickets, possession charges and more).
Mr. Ramsey is a former municipal court public defender, a former member of the New Jersey Supreme Court Committee on Municipal Courts, and past-chairman of the Mercer County Bar Association, Municipal Court Section. He is also a senior instructor with Garden State CLE, an accredited continuing legal education service provider. With over 30 years experience as Municipal Public Defender and a private attorney, he has developed extensive experience in defense of drunk driving, traffic offenses, and criminal matters in the New Jersey Municipal Courts.
Mr. Ramsey was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1980 and to the Bar of the United States Supreme Court in 1985. He is the author of many books dealing with complex legal issues, including the following:
